Extrusions
Extrusions of PE, Polyurethane, Nylon, PEBA and Fluoropolymers that include FEP and PTFE for medical and specialized applications. Product capabilities include thin wall, sleeving, shapes and profiles, solid rod, beading and heat shrinkable tubing.

Devices
Manufacturer of medical devices for vascular access such as peelable sheath introducers, over the needle peelable sheath introducers, dilators and introducer needles. In addition, TFX Medical OEM offers a full range of fabrication capabilities that can be utilized for custom catheter design and contract manufacturing.

Directions from Manchester Airport
Follow signs exiting airport to 101 West (Peterborough). Continue on 101 W to Peterborough, NH. At Intersection of 101 and 202 (lights), take left onto 202 South. Continue on 202 South to Jaffrey (5-way intersection). Take immediate left onto Rt. 124 (about 1 mile) to Drumlin Industrial Park. Take a right into Industrial Park/Fitzgerald Drive. There will be a brick fire station on your right. Follow Industrial Park and continue to the end, where you must take a right or left. Take a left onto Plantation Drive. You will see the Teleflex facility on the left.

Directions from Nashua, NH
Follow Rt. 101A West to Rt. 101 West towards Amherst/Milford, NH

Continue on 101 W to Peterborough, NH. At the intersection of 101 and 202 (lights), take left onto 202 South. Continue on 202 south to Jaffrey (5-way intersection).

Take immediate left onto Rt. 124 and continue for about 1 mile to Drumlin Industrial Park. Take a right into Industrial Park/Fitzgerald Drive. You will see a brick fire station on one side of Fitzgerald Drive, Industrial Park sign on other side. Follow Industrial Park and continue to the end, where you must take a right or left. Take a left onto Plantation Drive. You will see the Teleflex facility on the left.

Directions from Logan Airport, Boston, MA
Follow Rt. 93 North to Rt. 495 South. Follow Rt. 495 South to Rt. 3 North (Nashua, NH).

Take Exit 7W (Monadnock Region)/ Rt. 101A West. Continue on 101A West to Rt. 101 West and follow to Peterborough, NH. At Intersection of 101 and 202 (lights), take left onto 202 South. Continue on 202 South to Jaffrey (5-way intersection).

Take immediate left onto Rt. 124 (about 1 mile) to Drumlin Industrial Park. Take a right into Industrial Park/Fitzgerald Drive. There will be a brick firestation on your right. Extrusions
Specializes in the extrusion of FEP, PEBA, polyurethane, Nylon and polyethylene to produce IV tubing, reinforced braided catheter shafts and high pressure extruded tubing.

Devices
In addition to productions of vascular access devices like peelable sheaths and dilators, TFX Medical OEM also offers custom manufacturing using value added operations such as bonding, molding, tip forming, printing and packaging of medical devices. TFX Medical OEM also supplies sterile diagnostic catheters and peelable sheath introducer kits on an OEM basis.

Directions From Shannon Airport
Take the Limerick/Galway road out of Shannon. You will pass through at least 2 sets of traffic lights. 2-3 miles from the airport you will come to a YIELD RIGHT OF WAY SIGN. Traffic will be approaching you from the right going straight to Ennis/Galway; you take the lane going right for Limerick. Follow the Dual Carriage way straight to Limerick.

You will come to a roundabout (Coonagh roundabout / Travel lodge hotel) on the outskirts of Limerick (after Bunratty Castle and Limerick Inn hotel) go straight through - follow the signs for N7 to Dublin. You will now arrive at Traffic lights (Ivans Shop), take a turn to the left and follow this road through, over a bridge (Thomond bridge) and pass Kings Johns Castle. Keep straight though a pedestrian crossing then you will reach a small roundabout go right, then another pedestrian crossing, and you will come to a set of traffic lights.

Drive straight though, you will come to another bridge and another roundabout but keep to the left, follow the signs for N7 to Dublin. Drive straight on, you will come to another roundabout at the Parkway shopping centre, keep to your left and continue through next Roundabout taking Second Left, you are still on the N7.

Go straight through next Traffic Lights and keep going straight until you will come to another Roundabout, go straight through, (The Kilmurry Lodge Hotel is on the Right Hand Side.) Continue out this road and you will cross over the Annacotty bridge and you will see a sign for Annacotty Industrial estate which is a turn right (Note if you see Finnegans Bar you have missed the turn off - Yellow Building). You will travel approx. 1 mile up this road.

The industrial Estate is on the left-hand side. Drive through and take right and first left, which will bring you down the middle of the Industrial estate. We are number 7 at the bottom of the estate.

Design, Development, Prototype Services

Capabilities
Custom design and manufacture of catheter shafts including specialized braided and PTFE lined shafts for use in interventional delivery devices. Services offered include centerless grinding, bonding, forming and custom extrusions.

Directions From Minneapolis St Paul International Airport
Exit the airport and follow signs for I 494 West. Stay on I 494 West until route 55 West. Exit at Route 55 West and turn left off of the ramp (travel back over the highway) and go to the second traffic light (Fernbrook Lane). Turn right onto Fernbrook and proceed to the second four way stop sign (Annapolis Lane). Turn Right on Annapolis and follow the road until you see the sign for Suite 160 on the right hand side of the road. Enter the parking lot at the sign, TFX Medical OEM is in the building on the left.
